With me as your buying agent at your side, we will go through a clear and well thought-out process together: step by step.
1. Free introduction
We discuss your housing needs, budget and goals. You will get instant insight into what is realistic and what to look out for.
2. Selection & strategy
Ik help je om gericht te zoeken. Je ontvangt alleen woningen die echt passen. We maken samen een aankoopstrategie, gebaseerd op jouw voorkeuren én de realiteit van de markt.
3. Viewings
I organise and supervise viewings; live or remotely. You get my honest, critical view on location, condition, price and potential.
4. Research & due diligence
In case of serious interest, I start a thorough check: legal status, property documents, permits, construction risks and more. I work with specialised partners.
5. Negotiation
I negotiate price and conditions on your behalf; with knowledge of the local market and margins. Not emotion, but strategy.
6. Contract & notary
Together with a legal expert, I make sure all documents are in order and you fully understand what you are signing. I accompany you up to and including the notarial transfer.
7. Aftercare
