2. Selection & strategy

In case of serious interest, I start a thorough check: legal status, property documents, permits, construction risks and more. I work with specialised partners.

5. Negotiation

I negotiate price and conditions on your behalf; with knowledge of the local market and margins. Not emotion, but strategy.

6. Contract & notary

Together with a legal expert, I make sure all documents are in order and you fully understand what you are signing. I accompany you up to and including the notarial transfer.
